I had a marble basin and two years later, there was a crack in the middle and water leaks. I know of? Cover that is normal to expect? a crack in the natural stone vessel sinks (which s good? r, r I? s neck? re). Anyway, we are now shopping for? Vier new ship, has anyone had problems? My tank with copper sink? Maintenance? cracks? etc.? Thanks!

It is NOT normal for cracks in a marble sink. Copper takes more maintenance unless you want it to have a patina (aged) finish. It will also sound “hollow” when running water into it.

The marble cracked because of stress or the crack was there all along. Copper is OK if you like to polish metal all the time.

Maybe you an fix the old sink with epoxies. go to the hardware and ask. How can I fix my leaking sink. tell them your problem.
Yes copper is nice but do you have anything else in the bathroom to mach?
